The Youth and Politics in Ghana. Be Wise

 

I know that most people will agree with me but a few will put it in to practice.

God willing come December 7th, we are going to the polls to elect whoever must represent us per constitution demands.

 To all of us, before we take a decision, let's have a night of reflection and make our decisions known to ourselves only.

The Youth of today are used in the Ghanaian politics just like the way we use our tissue paper to wipe away every dirt.

Please I want everyone to bare me witness, if am wrong I stand to be corrected. 

Individuals die as a result of climbing light polls to mount party flags.

Individuals died as a result of resisting or accepting a new voters register.

Individuals died during the registration of Ghana cards.

Individuals died during the transfer of votes.

Individuals are jailed as a results of trying to register foreigners.

Individuals die as a result of snatching ballot boxes.

Individuals die as a result of argument.

I know most are injured and some in a critical condition and others might have been kidnapped or killed without the media coverage.

Ask yourself that?

Is the Children of the heads or candidates of the various political party part of this crisis?

I call this dirty job because, they won't even allow their close relatives do this. Their Children have visa to countries abroad. They are schooling abroad. Do you even have a passport?

You are only creating hatred for yourself.

You will be insulting each other on social media, having hatred for each other, killing each other.

Ask yourself that, when they have access to political power, will you be employed?.

Before elections, they will use you very well without questioning your credibility or certificate but after they win and you call them for employment, they will then be requesting for your certificates that is if you are lucky. They will ignore your calls but their children who are not working will be 3 times richer than you. Ask yourself if whether you have a certificate.

Everyone has a right to join any political party but be wise.

I pity those who do not have any certificate or who suffered for years and are still shouting NPP and NDC and still doing dirty works for them.

Some people are gaining big from politics what about you?

Value your life. Attain some level of respect. They will search for you.

You can't be insulting President Akufo Addo and Mr. John Mahama all in the name of politics and expect to live long. Trust me, you will die young.

How much are you paid for such insults and is it worth than your Life?.

The truth always hurts, but it will set you free.

When we all fight for youth employment and make employment as our topmost priority, trust me the politicians won't take us for granted. We can demonstrate as a nation to make our leaders secure employment as our priority than the insults we reign on each other.

Please have a night of reflection and ask yourself where you are going to if you are wasting your precious time or on track.
